im macing and im cheesing.

So for the last week or so i have been craving some REAL HOMEMADE MAC AND CHEESE. so last night we chose to make it. and OH MY GOODNESS..  WE LOVED IT! ben is a huge mac and cheese fan as is.. but add the homemade touch to it was simple amazing..  [ i dont have a picture of it.. but we are thinking about having it again tonight, thats how amazingly good it was. so i will thank.]  and thats the thing about this meal, you can get two or three meals out of it.  and you can change it up with adding chicken or veggies in it.

To make it you need :
milk or heavy cream
pasta
butter
flour
granted cheese [we used three differnt kinds.]
[i dont know the measurements because ben doesnt use mearsurement that often.]
and whatever spices you like. we used paprika, and basil.

1. heat the butter and heavy cream so it boil-boil the water at the same time.
2. once it is boiled add the cheese into the pan, and once you do this you can add the pasta into the boiled water. stirring consently.
3. once all done, and pasta is drain- pour over the pasta and enjoy!!

We chose not to bake it because we figure we never really bake the mac and cheese that is in the box.. so why bake it now.. and man it was delious! tonight i think we should add some brocoli!
